Allen is Getting a Dog
I love Great Dane dogs. Allen is my best friend and he is getting a puppy. His parents told him that if he cut their grass each weekend for the entire summer that they would buy him a puppy and he did just that! Every Saturday morning I would wake up to hear that mower going next door, and now that he kept his word, Allen gets to choose his own puppy.
He is a big fan of big dogs so I think he is going to opt for a big one! I love Great Danes and would love it if Allen chose one of these dogs because then I could play with it too. Great Danes are one of the largest breeds of dog in the world and when they are full grown they can weigh more than an adult human. They originated from the country of Germany where they were used as guard dogs. Despite their size however, these dogs are very placid, gentle and loving!
